Can anyone here tell me if this brand's food consistency is more similar to Weruva (soft gravy based shreds) or Tiki cat (shreds in broth, not as soft/moist as Weruva) ?  I have a few coupons for them but my cat never tried it before and is picky with wet food- she loves Weruva but hates Tiki Cat.

Well, I've not tried Tiki, so can't do that comparison.  All I can say is that my cat's like certain flavors of Fussie Cat, and really dislike other flavors.  Oddly, they like the Chicken with Anchovies, but dislike the Chicken with SMALL anchovies.  Isn't that weird.  And they dislike the Chicken in gravy, which is just like the Chicken with Anchovies, only no Anchovies

I would say Fussie Cat is LOTS of shredded chicken in a little gravy...no broth though.  Not as much gravy as Paw Lickin Chicken though, if I remember it correctly.  Mine aren't crazy for that, so I haven't bought it in awhile.  I think my guys might be pickier than yours

That photo chart is wonderful ! You can get an idea of how juicy it is, texture etc.
I've saved the page for when I go cat food shopping...

I haven't tried Fussie cat yet but my cats have been on Weruva & Tiki Cat & won't eat anything that's not shredded. They are starting to be more picky with Weruva so I had to switch to Tiki Cat. Actually the only Weruva one they'll eat is Peking Ducken which isn't sitting in thick gravy. Purely Fancy Feast white meat chicken in broth is a good option as there are total chunks of chicken & the gravy isn't as thick as Weruva. Feeding one cat would be pretty economical, I think you can get the little tray for like .80 at Walmart. I wish they would make a bigger container!

One thing about the picture chart is the Weruva pics are straight off their website. As someone that's been feeding every non fish variety for over 3 years, I don't agree with all the pictures shown. The Peking Ducken has what looks like tomatoes in the picture & of course the food doesn't have that. It's weird because a lot of the pictures show veggies & they really don't use them, they use pumpkin, but it's mashed up, not chunked up. huh I wonder why they do that on cat food.

My cats love Fussie Cat. One of them does not eat wet cat food but then there was Fussie Cat Tuna with Clams. He loves this particular food. My other cats like it too and they also enjoy Fussie Cat Tuna with Mussels and also Fussie Cat Tuna with Prawns.
I feed one can a day to all three of them (the share) and they otherwise eat IAMMS dry food (tuna flavored). They are doing well on this food combination and their coats are great!
Fussie Cat is a pricey food (about $1.15 a can) but being I only feed one can a day it is affordable for this household.

my cats that want shreds, and like weruva also enjoy Fussie cat. i am careful with Fussie cat, i will only feed the super premium flavors, as the others contain carageeneen. Mine are not big fans of the Tiki cat either, with the exception of the After Dark flavors, they like the chicken, and the chicken and Beef quite a bit. Soulistic is a wet food made by Weruva, sold at petco , mine like several flavors of it as well. Against the Grain is another one mine eat quite well. Mine are hit and miss with the chicken flavors of Earthborn Holistics, but my sons cats love it.

I use Fussie Cat Super Premium Chicken and Chicken with Liver, both of which have pumpkin, and it’s more like Tiki than it is like Weruva. It’s expensive per calories, but she loves it. It smells and looks like real people food. Which I realize means nothing to a cat, but I just love to feed it to her. Another food that is similar is Simply Fancy Feast, as someone mentioned above. Most of the Weruvas are kinder to the wallet,

My boy is on Fussie Cat Super Premium Gold Chicken Formula with gravy (Carrageenan and Grain Free) and it's low fat. It's in a 2.82oz can and 48kcal per can and it's labeled 'For All Life Stages'.
It is shredded chicken but certain cans have chunky chicken pieces inside which my boy love to chew on. It is also loaded with gravy which he loves and it keeps my boy hydrated.
