Anduille, miss you baby

Anduille ("An-dwee", I think) means little fool in French, which is also a kind of sausage used in gumbo.

Here she is draped over yours truly, oh dear god I miss her.

So even after she got neutered, she still wanted out. To meet Mr. Right-for-the-Moment. Yowl at the moon.

She got better and better at getting past me.

Till, finally, on a Sat. in February of this year, she ran off into the night, never to return.

(Kitty kitty kitty!) There's coyotes out there! (As you know!)

"Out there"? Dunno.

In here, always.

The 'not knowing' is far worse then the worst that could happen, our imaginations are wicked. You gave her your heart and a wonderful home, she will always love you for that. use the bond you forged to send her your love and comfort, no matter which world she is in now. She could have entered a truck or trailer and been carried far away. She may have a new home and family now. Dwell on these thoughts instead of the worst. Try to celebrate having her in your life, be grateful for every second she shared your life's journey. She brought much into it and showed you the love that is possible.

My heart goes out to you, I know the pain of a broken heart and would not wish it on anyone. Time will soften the sharp edges, you will never forget her but will learn to live with the loss and make a new life's order for yourself. Sweet little Anduille lived her life to the fullest, she insisted on it. Believe that she still is, whether here or  the Rainbow Bridge.

I'll pray for you both, I cry for your loss and the pain you are going through, know we will share that pain here because we know what it is and how bad it hurts. Take care of yourself and look to the sky for that little girl's guiding star. Let it's pure light shine down on you, carrying her love to your heart and helping to mend that hole that was made when she left. Sleep tight little Princess, where ever you are!

Not knowing is the worst. I hope that she surprises you with her return.
