Idk how this site works, but I need help. I just got a kitten from someone who had many cats. The kitten was very skinny and sickly looking so my mom gave him worm medicine. Ever since then the kitten poops multiple times a day in the cat pan. It has a very bad smell and stinks up my whole house, its not the usual healthy looking poop. This has been going on everyday for the past week and a half. The cat also sneezes a lot and has what I think may be ring worms. I can't afford to take him to the vet, I thought maybe someone else would have some entail. I'm 17 so with no job so if I can't find a way to help him get better, my mom will get rid of him.

He needs to see a vet. You can't treat every type of worms with OTC meds and it sounds like he may have some other kind of infection too. There are low cost vet clinics in most areas see if you can get some information from your local animal rescue alliance about affordable vet care options. There's also care credit. But either way, he needs to see a vet. Try and ask your mom to have some empathy for him, he's a living animal that needs medical care.

OK, do you know just what your mother GAVE this little guy?  Here's a thread concerning OTC dewormers:  http://www.thecatsite.com/t/277956/pyrantel-pamoate-dosing-question-problem  Are you seeing any evidence of worms?

Now, what are you feeding him?  That could very well be the cause of the "irregular" poops.  I'm guessing his diet has changed since you took over his care, and something as simple as a change in foods can greatly effect what goes out, plus if you aren't feeding a very good food, that can also greatly effect what goes out.  If you're feeding something like a dry grocery store food (Friskies, Meow Mix, something like that) that could be the issue. Not saying it is, but it could be.

How OLD is this kitten?

Next question...why do you suspect ringworm?  Ringworm is actually a fungus that causes round itchy bald spots, and it is VERY contagious to every living mammal in the surrouding area...You and your family included.  Let's hope it isn't that or your mother isn't going to happy at all
.  It requires lots and lots of bleaching the home, and lots and lots of attention and care to the infected cat.  Here's a thread about that too:  http://www.thecatsite.com/t/210789/6-things-i-learned-from-our-ringworm-plague-book-length  AND  http://www.thecatsite.com/t/240279/how-does-this-look-ringworm
