My two years old male cat was neutered 2 days ago and he has been acting strangely he likes hiding a lot although the operation was done in a way that he wouldn't feel that anything is missing or changed so is that normal because I am very worried

hiding is often a sign of pain, if hes opened any stitches (if there even are any, somethimes stitches aren't needed) or licked at them its possible they've become infected so keep an eye out for that :0

I have read that the older they are the more painful/bruising the surgery would be but i'm not entirety aware of how different the age makes it

hope your kitty feels better soon!
some more experienced members will probably have more information too!

Clearly there is an infection and the cat should see a vet today. This an emergency. Is the cat urinating ok?

Does you vet offer options for emergencies - such as recommending a place to take your animal? I would use the option your vet suggests and ask your vet to help with the cost.

It's unfortunate that your in an area that doesn't have emergency vets. What do you mean by bleeding alot? Is it a constant flow or is it just dripping? Is it pure blood or is their puss or streaks in it? At the very least, the site is infected and he's going to need antibiotics.

If you google you will find some Emergency vets in your area. I found several -  Animal Aid Egypt Clinic  Emergency Num: 01281990663 and American Vet Center 24HR Emergency on call
Mob.# 016 88 77 00 5

I hope they are not too far or too expensive.
