No Cats involved

Just a note...I at last quit procrastinating, and entered this years Pillsbury Bake-Off

Since this is my first time entering original recipes in a baking contest, I can pretty well guarantee I won't be one of the 100 finalists, but at least I submitted.

It's a goal of mine for within the next 15-20 years, travelling and participating in cook-offs etc, with dh. Figured I might need a bit of practice ahead of time <G>, so I'm starting now.

(Alix wants to know when I'll begin making her original recipe cat treats...hah hah! Shrimp Divine <G>!

WTG Pat! Wouldn't it be cool if you made the finals! Here's hoping!

I think it is not the number of times you enter the contest but the recipe you submitted. I really wish you good luck!

Thank you! They notify the finalists on or by April 20th...so when my phone doesn't ring on that day, I'll know I didn't make it <G>.
