Hi

This sounds serious.  Does she go outside?  Could she have eaten a poison?  Can you describe her symptoms in more detail?  How is she acting? If she is vomiting blood she needs a vet, even though i know your options are poor.  Are you in a city where there is a vet school?  Can you tell us what city you are in or near?

I would keep her inside only if I were you. Like @StephenQ said, there is  a high chance they are getting poisoned.

she is inside with me..she went outside day before yesterday. that day i have seen her vomiting green liquid just once. yesterday morning i try finding her and got her from my neighbors home...since then she is with me...i have a vet school here and since last 2 years my 3 cats died just after the treatment by vet. We don't have any facility of xrays or anything. its just the vet physically examine and inject the cat with some medicine. I asked my sister but she said that we already had so many worst experience with vets.

Her condition is hat she an move very slowly. I feel like somebody hit her or given her some poison. she was very active and the most loving one. she is one of the cat that hardly disturb anyone. This is hurting me.

The blood is like coffee bean and she isn't passing a stool but a yellowish liquid.

Please help one of my favorite cat died this summer although i took him regularly to vet and his time i am not getting that strength to take my this one to vet.

Your cat's condition sounds very serious and she may die with or without a vet.  One humane option - difficult i know would be to ask a vet to put her to sleep (euthanize her) to end her suffering.   Can you make calls to the USA?  We have a poison control hotline that i am personally familiar with and they are very good.  A consultation is $65 by credit card.  Their website is http://www.aspca.org/pet-care/animal-poison-control and their phone is (1-888) 426-4435, it works internationally.

Is the Vet school an option?

you have no idea how hard it is for me to see her in this condition. i didn't send her out intentionally.
I understand and many people myself included are sending you sympathy and kind thoughts during this very difficult time.  People can be quick to criticize not realizing how it can add to the pain.

Gosh I hope your kitty will be ok.  I'm hoping for a miracle too!!  Sounds like she needs some subcutaneous fluids like lactated ringers because i'm sure she's dehydrated.  Can your vet do that for her?  And maybe the vet can also test the emesis to see if there's a clue as to what's making her sick?  Coffee ground emesis could be an obstruction/GI bleed.

I found this:
The kitty really needs to see the vet about this.  Is her belly tender to the touch?

It sounds like bile from the gall bladder, usually secreted after a cat eats to help digestion.  http://www.petmd.com/cat/conditions/digestive/c_ct_bilious_vomiting_syndrome

Maybe gall stones?  I'm wondering the foamy part is due to a separate respiratory issue, or heart?

thanku Raphael! when u said that the owners should keep the cat inside i seriously regret the moment when she went outside...But yes i have decided to start working on my project to open a veterinary center. We, the developing nations, need such centers.

Thanks

You are wellcome. And sorry if was I was a bit too straight and not delicated. The moderation deleted my original comment because of my "tone"( still not sure why, guess I can't pelease everyone), but I'm confidente that at least you got my mensage right, I had the best intention as I am also an cat protector.
