I finally decided on Revolution after extensive research. Got 4 indoor cats, all loaded with fleas.

Put it on and put the cats in separate kennels (in the empty, fleas-free shed) so they don't lick the medicine off each other, and i can get to see the fleas on the kennel floor, dead, so i can do my victory dance.

Well, it’s been 4 hours and i don't see not one dead flea. Did revolution just fail me?

the cats can be released, the revolution has dried, and it can take 24 hours to do its job.

Well, it's been over 24 hours since i've put it on. Just got back from a dead fleas discovery journey (flash light n'all) and i found one. Just one dead flea from all the cats i got. Am i missing something here?

I had a tricky flea infestation a few months back and used revolution to cure it. I've gone through so many brands, but this is the only one that doesn't make my cat sick while completely getting rid of the fleas.

I let my cats roam free so I never see any fleas fall off so I am unsure about your situation. My guess is that most of the fleas affecting your cats are hiding in their sleeping areas. You can buy a spray to kill anything in those areas, but revolution protects your cat for an entire month. So any flea that bites down will die. Just keep up with the medicine to prevent fleas in the future.

Get a flea comb, and give your cats a brush with it, to see if there are fleas still on your cat (either dead or alive). If you are brushing out lots of live fleas at this point, its likely the treatment hasn't worked.

Also, you need to treat your house as well, as when a cat has a flea infestation, fleas will also be in your soft furnishings and carpet.
