Oh,  what an adorable little kitten! Poor little Noah, having to deal with ringworm.  It really is a pain- you might want to check out this thread:

There are a lot of great tips in there from people who have actually dealt with this scourge.   And my sympathies that you caught this yourself.  I had it as a child and I still remember the intense itching.  Wishing you the best of luck in getting rid of it!
