SO, I have a stray cat that have been living in my house for months.last month, she delivered 4 kittes.
And this past few days, ive noticed that not only two of them is so skinny that i could feel their ribs everytime i touch them, but also, one of the kitties is so thin that all her bones is showing. When i pinched the skin behind her neck, it doesnt snapped back too. Plus, shes not as active as her siblings. Imean, she'll run sometimes, but most of the time, she'll just sit at that one place and stares at nothing. While her siblings starts eating solid foods(i feed them some whiskas's junior wetfood), she refused.
So far, ive bought a pet bottle and cat milk formula. But ofcourse, she refused that too till i actually have to shove the tip of the bottle into her mouth. After few gulps, she'll turn away and refuses to do anything.
In short, she looks like shes dying anytime !
What should i do now ? Our closes vet it miles away and i dont wanna lose her ! T_T
This is her. And yes, for her eyes, iam applying some cogetine and its getting better now.
Big diff btween her (right) and her sibling (left)

I will write more soon.  Exactly WHAT is the formula you are trying with?  Can you get goats milk - preferably raw, but also ready made may be ok.

OK, I dont know this brand, but I suspect its essentially some sort of treat.  As its  well known many cats dont manage well cow milk, so they do some low lactose variation.

This is of course better than nothing, and definitely better than cow milk.

But if you can get real kmr - kitten mother milk replacement,  OR goats milk - its much better.  Especielly as she is so thin and needs everything you can give her safely.

Minced meat is otherwise common for small kittens - NOT from pork / swine though.

If you dont have problems with salomonella in eggs in your place, raw egg yolk is good.   If you DO have problems, you can give boiled too, but its not as easily digestible.

Some full fat youghurt, some cheese are good.

Raw goats milk is best, if you cant have her momma...

Works both for small kittens, and as a nourishing supplement for older cats.

One more.   Her not eating much may be because she is too weak.

So give her often, even every hour,  but in small portions as she dont manage to get in more.  You will soon see she takes bigger and bigger portions.

If she gets very weak, you can smear some thick honey water on her gum and lips.  It gives quick energy. The glucose sugar in honey goes straight into blood already in the mouth.

I will suggest you take the kitty's temperature. She may be cold as she is weak and small so she might not be able to maintain the body temperature. So try warming her up a little before feeding her. You can wrap a heatpad or a hot water bottle in a towel and put the kitten on it for sometime before you feed her.

If she is still not eating, you may have to force-feed her. Try feeding her at least 3-5 ml milk every 2 hours. You can also use a syringe instead of bottle to easily measure the small portion. Try this for a day or two and see if she gains weight. Usually they will gain 5-10 grams per day.

If she is not taking to a bottle, I would use a syringe (without the needle) to feed her. It may be easier on her and always make sure she is warm when fed so she can digest the food properly.

Try a little corn syrup on your finger and rub it on her gums, this may give her the energy to eat. If the skin is not snapping back when you scruff her, she is dehydrated and will not be willing to eat. She will need fluids - possibly IV fluids from the vet. If she won't eat cat food, try a slurry made from cat food and formula or goats milk. She may be willing to lap that up. If not a syringe, obviously without the needle, can be used. If she doesn't want that try feeding formula with the corner of a triangular make up sponge dipped in the milk - sometimes if they won't latch onto a nipple or use a syringe that will work. I am also sending you a link  through a PM to a meat concentrate that you can make to provide nutrition to her.
