So today I got a text from my boyfriend that our kitten had thrown up and then eaten it. He said it was still whole undigested food and it was shortly after she ate. Could she have just eaten to fast and made her self sick or should we be worried about it?

I also found some thrown up cat food in the kitchen about three days ago, but only a little bit. She seems perfectly fine other then that. She still eats and drinks. Plays alot. Her stool is normal, but she's been gassy (but she's had gas since we got her). She only eats dry food, we tried wet and she won't touch it, we've tried many different flavors and kinds and it's a no go for her.

But as stated earlier she seems fine other then throwing up those couple of times, though I wake up several times a night to her causing trouble and having to go check on her, maybe she got into something... our roommate does like to leave dirty plates around randomly...

My Pushy will occasionally do this. He just wolfs his food down, then throws up a few minutes later. As it's undigested we let him eat it again as he usually will and it's a waste not to.
I'd be concerned with your cat getting into something if your roommate leaves dirty dishes around. She could easily eat something that can give her an upset tummy, like grease or really spicy food.

Yeah, we have asked him numerous times not to leave stuff out and laying around. We always pick it up when we see him do it, but we aren't always home because we both work and by the time we get home our roommates in bed and there's his dinner plate sitting on the couch or chair. I mean other then that I can't think of anything she'd get into. We don't have a Christmas tree up, no household cleaners lying around.

When she was sleeping with us she stayed out of trouble for the most part, but she started stealing socks and hiding the hem around the house so we keep her out now. She just jumps right in the basket and helps herself.

Oh and I noticed a wet spot in her cat box last night that she didn't even try to cover up, when I got up this morning it was still there. Pee should have dried I'd think but this seems to look the same, but doesn't look like poop so I'm not sure what it is.
