So I came home and my cat was sitting on my bed in this odd looking wet patch I think her water broke but now she's just running around the house like nothing happened and there are no kittens anywhere and she's still round...anyone know how long it will be before she pops out the sprogs??

If it was her full water sac she should have kittens within 24 hours, however, some cats leak a bit in the days preceeding full on labor.

As long as she is acting normal, everything should be alright. Her abdomen will start having 'spasms'  indicating labor, you might then want her to find a nice place to lay quietly. If nothing happens after 24 hours or so you might want to call your vet and see what they advise. She might have had an 'accident' and wet the bed from the kittens pushing on hre bladder, does it have a urine smell, or is it odorless? Keep a close eye on her now, look at soem of our older threads on what to do if she needs help with teh kittens and what to watch for to indicate problems with her labour. Good luck, and keep us posted!
