My guess is a domestic short haired ticked tabby.
Surely a domestic. A tabby. I dont see any markings on the side, so I presume he is a ticked tabby. And I think he is a shorthair, even if the fur and tail isnt very shorthaired. So, DSH, a blue ticked tabby
