Smedley--stay out of the Christmas tree!

This is a first for me.  I've never had a cat climb the tree, surprisingly--what with 10 of 'em.  However,  little Mr. Smeddles has a new twist on the traditional tree climb: he takes his "prey" into the tree, and puts it on the branches. His favorite prey is a stuffed blue fish (or is it a mouse?:-)) He does this repeatedly all morning. He runs from the kitchen into the dining room, fish in mouth, and climbs the tree. Then he climbs down, fish in mouth, and runs back into the kitchen; wash, repeat, and rinse!

If he were human, I think he'd be some sort of serial killer who hides the bodies in a bizarre, ritualistic way!  LOL

  That is toooo funny! He's decorating for you! 

Mooch and Noodles climbed when they were younger but they never brought any toys up there.  One of my mother's cats used to make herself an ornament. You'd walk by and see her head sticking out between the branches! Good thing shes always been lightweight! 

I'd love to see a picture....does he actually peek out of the tree when he's doing it?
