I was washing my cat and she got away before I was able to rinse off her shampoo and started licking herself. The shampoo is called well and good oatmeal shampoo and on the back it says not for consumption. Now I am worried and don't know if she is going to be sick. If anybody knows if I shoul worry about it please let me know.

If it's meant for cats, it should be pretty safe. During a bath, somehow or other, some cat shampoo will get into eyes or mouth and maybe during bath the cat could have been licking it.
It says not for consumption generally means do not eat or drink intentionally.
Did you manage to rinse her off and dry finally before she really lick too much?
