Ok, I know the answer, but only because I cheated and looked it up.  So...I'll wait for someone else to answer this one.

It was in Lituya Bay, Alaska, in 1958.  Looking this up I learned that such "megatsunamis" formed by earthquake or volcano induced landslides are generally much higher than tsunamis formed in the ocean from earthquakes.  Fascinating stuff.

What husband and wife team discovered radium?

A group of owls is called a parliament (and I don't know how I knew that or I kinda do.....Rick and I were talking about "groups of" one night and what they were called. I think he knew it and told me).

Since we're into the Christmas season, let's go with Christmas trivia.....

Red and green are the two colors most associated with Christmas. But according to Christmas trivia, there are two other colors that are very popular during the holidays. What are those two colors?

I'm just reading from a web page, I admit I have more interest in how new religions take on aspects of the current ones to make theirs more acceptable.

Gold - the colour of the sun and light. Very important for cold winters over there in the Northern hemisphere. Also the gold given to the baby Jesus by one of the wise men.

White - purity and peace and possibly snow.

Oh and blue - Associated with Mary, mother of Jesus. The colour blue was more expensive than gold in medieval times so she is often depicted wearing blue. Also, sky and heaven.

My question is what breed of cat has the most amount of hair per cm/inch.

Oh gosh, sorry "more acceptable" sounds rude, I meant "more likely to be taken up" and I was referring to Taoists taking up Buddhism (although it's not really a religion) and pagans taking up Christianity etc.

I've been looking for the answer to this question but I guess my googling skills are not up to the task.  Hopefully someone else will know the answer.

It didn't sound rude to me - I took the meaning to be exactly as you meant.

I have had trouble finding the two colors other colors of Christmas.  I searched for Christmas trivia and found a site that said the two other colors of Christmas are gold and silver.  Are those the ones you were thinking of, @Winchester  ?

I can't find anything on the cat with the most hairs per cm/in.  It's a good question.  Maybe it's a cat that has to survive cold winters, like the Maine Coon, Siberian or Norwegian Forest cat?

Yes, gold and silver are the other two colors....sorry to mess everybody up! I think blue and white would be quite acceptable as well.

I'm interested to know about the cat with the most hairs per cm/in!

I'm going to jump in and ask a question even though I couldn't figure out the right answer to the last one.  That was a very good question @moorspede  !

How many elements are there in the Periodic Table?
