She was a stray. Came into my back yard in labor and now i have her and her kittens. Can you help me with their breed. . Thanks in advancr

This is momma cat. Top picture are her kittens

We must count them as domestic, short hair.  Even if  momma has nice looks and may even have some Ancestry...  Momma is a blue broken mackerel tabby  (if you see something creme, she will be a diluted tortie, here diluted torbie),

Kittens seems to be a bunch of blue tabbies and tabbies with white.  Of course domestics them too.

Momma must have been scared away by something, was forced to abandon her nest but found refuge and a safe haven at yours place..

Thank soo much for your input. Yeah i have my own cat herr inside my house and hes always by the windows which is probably why she started coming out to my yard in the first place. But i cant have them both inside because he is very territorial. So i put her in a house for cats safe from the weather. And now we have them all here. She leaves the yard when her kittens sleep but always comes back to them.

Im not sure what to compare your handsome boy to.  But this nuance of brown, the chocolate, isnt that common among the regular population of domestic cats.  So probably he does has some Ancestry somewhere...
