A friend who works with the Feral Cat Foundation in Alameda County has rescued 21 abandoned kittens. They are from 5 weeks to 7 months old, fixed, got their shots, some had had to have surgery but have recovered and are already being naughty.

I'm helping her spread the message that they need loving homes. We made flyers posted in vets offices and Starbucks (Starbucks lets non-profit organizations post flyers!

Good luck to all of the cute kitties! I'm afraid I'm too far away but I featured the thread in the hope other members from California may see it.

Thank you, Anne! I went by yesterday to bring them some toys mine no longer use. They went crazy after them, and the little black-and-white girl followed me and crawled up a cat tree to look into my face.

I am also in the SF bay area and will spread the word! Is there a way you could e-mail a flyer? If so I will make copies and hand them out to people. If you can let me know and I will pm you my e-mail address.

Thank you so much! I've sent you the flyer. There are more kittens than I could take decent pictures, of course, but I figured the flyer is crowded enough!

Awe! I wish I could! I'm trying to get people to buy these two stray cats at a Walmart in Greenville Ms. I wish I could take them in, but I can only have one cat. Her name is Ivy, and she's a stray cat my friend gave me. She's between that age where she's not technically a grown cat but still not a kitten. I hope they all find home!

Such an adorable group of kitties! Hard to believe those SiameseX's have not been snatched up already.  I have two Meezer-mixes that I "pulled" from a small feral colony and they are really special little cats - I am surprised and disappointed that nobody responded to my adoption ads but they are really entertaining the family.

I send prayers and vibes that those kitties find great homes very soon!

They're all so precious!  I'm in Missouri or I'd probably squeeze another cat or two into my little apartment.  I hope they find homes.
