Could this cat have had kittens?

I know it's unlikely, since kitten season is way over, but I'm still a but worried. There's a tuxedo semi feral that lives next to my house, and I hadn't seen her for a week or two. Anyway, two days ago I saw her by the greenhouse from the driveway, so pretty far away. What surprised me, though, was that she looked really fat. Her sides were bulging and everything. But yesterday I saw her again, and I got a closer look, and she didn't look fat at all. Not one bit. Do you think it was just because I was far away? Or is it possible she was pregnant and had kittens? Again, I know it's unlikely, but I just want to be sure.

We also have a cat who is indoor/outdoor and gets fed outside, so that is probably why she's hanging around here.

Okay, thank you. How likely do you think it is? Do you think I should bother looking?

I do. If she will come near you, play a video of kittens squeaking on your phone. She might lead you to the nest.

Okay, I'll try that. She is pretty skittish, though. She used to live in our neighbors' shed, but they were very loud so she left. Now that they've moved out she might be back, so I'll check in and around there too. She'll won't let me closer than maybe three feet, but I do think she's a stray and not a feral, because she acts more uncertain than scared when approached, and just kind of trots away instead of bolting like ferals do. I probably could get close enough to play some kitten sounds though. Thanks for your help, I hope I find the kittens, if there is any. It's pretty cold, so I wouldn't want them to freeze.

Really? That's good to know! I live in Georgia and it just got cold recently.
