After my cat Molly had a whole day of puking, she kind stopped the next day.. but she wasn't eating and she ended up puking a couple more times, so we took her to the vet. They did a few x-rays on her and the vet said she might have obstruction, her stomach was full of air and they kept her until closing time to see if the air would move, gave her a fluid pocket to rehydrate her and they gave her a shot to increase her appetite. When we went to get her, the air was moving normally and the vet told us to give her 1/4 dose of PepcidAC every 12 hours. We brought her home and she kinda livened up a bit and she was eventually starting to eat a little (we were assuming it wasn't much because she hadn't eaten in a few days) and she was kind of being normal. Few days later, she posted up on one of the sofa's and all she did was sleep. Sleep, sleep, sleep, sleep. Even though we couldn't exactly keep an eye on her 24/7, we're almost sure she hasn't left the stupid sofa.. not to eat, not to drink, we're not even 100% sure if she's using the litter box which is kinda weird.. but we can't fully say she absolutely has not (we have 2 cats so it's hard for us to tell) .. so, out of desperation, we were putting water in a straw and making her drink a little. We are most likely taking her to the vet, but.. has anyone else had this problem? She vet said since things were 'moving along', she'd be okay and if she did continue to puke, to bring her back, but she hasn't been puking.. she just kinda went into a super extra lazy version of herself. ):

There are a lot of reasons, many serious as to why a cat won't eat.  After 2 days of not eating they become at risk for a liver disease that will prevent them from eating, and then its either syringe feeding or a feeding tube implanted.  Your cat definitely needs a vet again asap
