I have a cat that is pregnant and a male living indoors. They are best friends, probably future lovers. However my cat has around 3 weeks or so until she delivers. All of a sudden within the last week my male cat has been meowing (different like never heard, sometimes like a female in heat) alot and throwing up here and there. Could any of this be due to other cats pregnancy affecting him or is something else going on?

Is your indoor male neutered?  I just say that because you put "probably future lovers".  She will go into heat rather quickly after she has this litter, and you will end up with another litter of kittens on the way before these are weaned and homes found for them if you aren't careful.

Is there a reason you don't have your cats spayed/neutered?

If he is not, I have read on various threads here that the pregnancy hormones will affect unaltered males, just as the heat cycle hormones affect them, and it confuses the males.  However, the throwing up is another issue that you should probably seek a vet appointment for.

I agree, throwing up is throwing up.  And sometimes they do tend to wail alike human babies in distress... My residents did sometimes.

So, please take a vet check up as soon you can arrange (probably not needing ER vet).   And plan on neutering, if  you arent a breeder...

Your cat sounds unwell. I suggest a vet check right away in case he is sick. Throwing up like this is not normal or healthy. The meowing may be because he feels nauseous.
