My 5 month old kitten was spayed on Friday. Her incision looks good, but there is a little dent/divet where her tattoo is, mostly at the bottom. Not sure if it's a cut or what. It doesn't really seem red. What do you think?

I guess I'm missing the tattoo,  but her incision looks great! What is that gel looking stuff?

That's the tattoo, not the incision :/ the way she's sitting you can't see the incision. See the green? That's the tattoo, but it just looks like there's a little indentation immediately below the incision.

Here's a picture of both the tattoo and the incision.

Also the gel is surgical glue. I'm not sure why it's needed for the tattoo? I'm wondering if maybe they cut a little and then tattoo the cut, or if they accidentally applied too much pressure when tattooing her.

So I ended up taking her to the vet for a different reason and the vet wasn't concerned about the tattoo :)
