Hello, I have a cat that's about a year old. A few weeks ago she went into heat and escaped outside and came home a day or so later. Her tummy had gothen very big but he nipples did not change. This morning I wake up to a very sticky and loveable cat (this is strange for her). In my living room there is a large amount of pink fluid and spots of blood leading to my bedroom. I have searched my house and can not find any kittens. I would think I would have heard her if she had kittens. Any idea on what could have happened?

The gestation period for a cat is roughly 60 days. I would suggest you take her to the vet an get her checked out.  Doesn't sound good to me.

Agree. She should see a vet. It could be an infection like pyometria.

We would also be happy to help you find a low cost spay clinic in your area.
