Curious

My Ragdoll x was spayed some weeks ago and stitches are now out.  Its interesting to see her cream fur is growing back darker in the patch that was shaved and am assuming this will eventually turn cream again and wonder how long it takes?  The rest of her cream fur doesn't seem be darker underneath.  Am just curious.

About three or four months? My kitty was shaved on the belly and sides when she had an echo, I'm pretty sure it took this long to grow out fully. 

Quite a while isn't it .... I expect it'll also turn cream again ?  

my little one's coat came back exactly the same colour.

It's interesting that it's such a darker colour. I think it will turn cream though eventually, after it's grown out fully. I know that in a few breeds like Himmies and Siamese eg, that their fur does change colour quite dramatically as they mature, so I'm thinking it's something like that.
