I'll try to get pic of the black stuff.. it crusts on outside of her lil nose.. I've also noticed she sneezes quite often.. I have never seen either of those out of a cat.. I did find out the ppl I got her from brought her in their house for a night til I came and picked her up and they got a new kitten few weeks later, after only few days they found the kitten dead one morning... Idk if it is linked or not, if so im glad I got kitty out before it was her... she is supposedly only 6 months old but she's same size as my other cat that I rescued and have had lil over 2 years and I'm sure she was maybe a year when I rescued her.. I'll make a seperated post getting off track.. my newest kitty just worries me like I said the black stuff seems to come out her nose.. will post a pic of that soon as I see it on there again

The black 'stuff' is bacteria that is present in the mucous that has been exposed to air and turns black. It could also be from dirt that sticks to the mucous too. Look closely and try to see if it is indeed dirt, you will see actual particles , or is the mucous 's color. I have a 18 month old right now that came about as close to dieing as you could, he had this black discharge from his nose that stopped his sense of smell and he quit eating. It eventually came from his mouth too. That is why his name is 'Dutch" my husband said he looked like a Dutchman with a black mustache. He was a feral kitten at the time. We tried to catch him numerous times with no luck. He finally became so weak we were able to catch him, he was totally skin and bones, wheezing and sneezing and really pitiful. We cleaned the dried crusted mucous from his nose and mouth, and dosed him with PetAlive Felisafe we had ordered on the internet that controls vomiting and fever in cats, it is small pellets that stick to the mouth when put there. It is the only thing we could do as he had quit eating totally. By the next morning he was eating! I 'm sure it is because of being able to smell again, or maybe the medicine? I then started him on a liquid antibiotic that I put in tuna liquid and he finally cleared up. You can get an antibiotic over the counter at your vet, there are some available on the internet, but still need your vets permission. Your cat really needs an antibiotic now, so bring him to the vet to get one or call them. I say i have a feral/stray that I can't bring in and he needs an antibiotic. You could also send a picture, or bring it in, so they can see it. Please keep us posted!
