Hello from a new user.

Hello everyone,
My name is Zita and I'm from the Netherlands. Cat always had my love and I grew up with several cats. 4 years ago my father remarried and left with his new wife to another country. I took over two cats from her she didn't want to bring with her. I was shocked in the state they were. Pure neglect.
I managed to get them back to a good health and give them a loving home. Only sadly I lost the male of the two, Jean Luc a red point Siamese, died last year from kidney failure at an estimated age of 19.

The seccond cat is still alive and I love her to bits. Her name is Noah and she is a Persian. I think she is 18ish. An old posh lady who love her warm spot to sleep and receive lots of love and sometimes forgets she has her tongue sticking out.

I just recently found this site and hope I can share my love for cats here.

Also trying to find out how to place a picture in this post (I have plenty =p)

Sorry for the double posting but I couldn't find an edit button and did find out you can add photos in the reply. Sorry I'm still trying to figure out the inner workings of this forum and my phone is not being nice.

So good of you to take in those elder kitties.  Noah is adorable.  You can absolutely share your love of cats here--you've come to a forum full of people who just love cats!
