Last Wednesday in November! Day after tomorrow we are officially in the Christmas Season

! I can't believe how fast this year has gone by!

OK then...

If I were a screenwriter and was writing a script based on your life, what genre would it be?

Those are the main ones, but if I've forgotten one, please add it!

Mine would be a fantasy/comedy, a little on the farce side, with a dash of Keystone Cops thrown in!

Mine would be a Gothic Horror/Musical. Filmed in black and white. Lots of shots of old castles and forests. Probably directed by Tim Burton with a score by Nick Cave and Leonard Cohen.

Nothing like my life really, but that's what I would like.

A combination of comedy/drama/action/horror/adventure/romance....

I'd guess that for most of us, it's been a little bit of everything, and hopefully lots more to come (except the horror and drama part).

Yeah. Mine would have been one of those movies that starts out boring, gets a little exciting in the middle and then reverts right back to being a snorefest. It would be perfect to show at a home for insomniacs.

My life would be a drama/horror..... It would be kind of sad, but become good at the end... and uplifting.. kind of a tearjerker, and the kind of movie where you really want to grab several of the characters and knock some sense into them...

Not so much of a horror story, except as to what happens to the main character.. but not all the gore....and violence.

The main character would be a good, kind person, who gets taken advantage of a lot.. but finally comes to terms with herself and the world...and becomes happy in an entirely new way, doing things she never envisioned....

The ending would not be an ending; it would be a "To Be Continued........"

OK, you two, "boring" is NOT a genre! Besides, I've been chatting off and on with BOTH of you long enough to know that neither of you are boring. I'm not letting you get away with "boring." If you want to settle on "Historical" on the grounds that you just keep on keeping on, I'll allow it, but NOT boring. So there!

Mine would begin as an adventure movie (coming to America), then a rom-com when I met husband, and then end as a horror movie when our heroine finds herself in a dysfunctional marriage!

BORING!? There would be ponies in your movie! What's boring about that? I imagine your movie would be like Wuthering Heights on horseback, with all the rider playing violin or cello or what have you while cantering about the moors.

Well, I suppose the bits with the ponies (and a certain few crazy ex-racehorses :rbheart:

) wouldn't be too bad, but a lot of the rest of it would be of little interest to anyone :lol3:
