I have a 4 year old female tortie named June. She shares the house with her littermate Johnny, a 3 year old female cat named Poof, a free roaming rabbit, and a dog. I recently had a new feline addition to the house (Sterling) and she isn't taking it too well. She likes to think she's big and tough by making all sorts of crazy noises at him. She didn't like the rabbit or the dog at first either though lol.
I have never had a thought about her potentially having vision problems until today. She's always been extremely clumsy (falling off of things, misjudging how high she needs to jump) and scared of everything (including her own shadow on multiple occasions). I figured she's just a timid cat who's kinda goofy. However, lately she has been thinking her brother is Sterling. She hisses and growls at him until he vocally confirms that it's him and then she calms down instantly.
This got me curious. He always vocally let's her known that he's there and always has. Has he known something I haven't this whole time? Even when we brought them home as a kitten she hid in a corner for 3 days and eventually ended up following her brother around everywhere for weeks.
It makes me wonder if she potentially has vision problems. Basically I came on here to ask if I'm being paranoid or if I should take her to the vet. If she does have a vision problem I'm assuming it's been there her whole life.
Hope someone can help me!

There could be a vision issue.  Most cats who do adjust very well.  You could ask the vet the next time you take her in for a checkup.
