I dont know how to call this, or what to name it. Or even i cant describe it properly so here are some pictures.

I talked to a vet and she said i should clean this with Hydrogen Peroxide solution 3% and anti septic spray whic im doing for 3 days now.

At start it was really red and really tender now, it is tender and it is painfull for her but not that much. She eats, jumps, scratches everybody :D, sleeps well tries to cuddle with someone in bed :D Otherwise healthy and perfect kitten.

She is 4 months old, and she had all her shots and those anti parisite pills. Eats Whiskas, both wet food and granules.

Sorry for bad pictures, but she wasnt very calm at the moment of taking this pics :D. Eh she is a half breed, Russian Blue and just a stray domestic cat. Russian Blue is the mother.

At begining she had very small hair loss there, now her furr is missing for an area of maybe 1 square cm, sorry i dont know how much it is in inches.

Thanks for any help all the best :)

Has she been around other cats, either at a shelter or outside in the past?  If yes, how long ago?  Skin issues are difficult to diagnose, but if she's been in contact with other cats i'd say there is a reasonable chance that its ringworm, a fungal infection.  It can be contagious to humans but don't panic, not that easy to get and not dangerous.  Most vets if they suspected ringworm would culture it and start treatment while waiting on results which can take 10-14 days.  Anti fungal cream, oral Terbinifine and sometimes lime dips are standard treatments.

Well she is a house cat, and lives in house, but she did got out few times. Maybe thats where she was in contact with other cats. So ringworm you say. I heard of them but never thought my cat would have one.

To be clear, they aren't worms, its a fungal infection like athlete's foot.  I am not diagnsing this, that can only be done with either a woods lamp (black light) but most reliably a skin culture.  A vet on visual inspection may have a different opinion.

I agree that you should take her to the vet and ask about ringworm.  Request a skin scraping.

Also, you will want to think about spaying now, especially as she is getting outside.  Cats in heat are serious escape artists!
