Ringworm gone but still itches/scratched

Hi, so my cat has been struggling with ringworm for over a month. Treatment didn't start working until 3 weeks ago.

Anyway now she is almost healed. 90%
The fur started growing back and shedding stopped
Legions disappeared, yet my cat still sctatches the area the used to have ringworm spots on them. I didn't stop applying anti-fungal cream because she only have very tiny spot.

But she keep scratching spot she had ringworm on a month ago. Is this normal?

I would describe it as a bit unusual but not abnormal.  If she scratches enough to cause the skin  to become sore then she needs a vet's attention.  You can also call your vet and ask for a call back assuming the vet treated the cat in the first place.
