I usually just have coffee in the mornings, but some days I am especially hungry and will have either a bowl of cereal or oatmeal. I have a small tree that is put up every year in a plastic bag. It bis only about three foot tall but I have two long strands of lights on it, it's beautiful at night. I set it on a table by the big picture window and from the street it looks like a big one.
I am going to decorate for Christmas this week, but now the weather isn't cooperating, 40-50 mph winds and highs in the 30's. I need to pack up all my fall decorations and have a LOT of fall silk flowers and real gourds I need to get off the front porch. I have more Christmas decor than any other season. The cats all LOVE to 'help', I think they are bored now that the weather has changed and they can't go out for their strolls around the yard.

I have only been awake for a little while. I am going to go have some toast and some coffee for breakfast shortly.  I am off work today so I am in hurry to do anything today.  I have two days off in a row and I did all my laundry yesterday. I am going to scoop out the litter boxes, get the mail later and relax today.  I will be very busy tomorrow when I do go back to work.

I had vanilla flavored gluten free Chex with Almond milk.

I use a six foot artificial tree. It is prelit with clear lights. I don't know how many are on the tree. I don't add extra lights to it.

This morning I had a banana, a soft Belvita breakfast biscuit, and a cheese stick. That's pretty normal. Sometimes I have a nut, dried fruit, and cheese combo thing, sometimes I have the Belvita crunchy biscuits, sometimes a couple Gogurt packets, but it's always a variation on the "banana, some kind of breakfast bar, and some dairy" theme. I take my breakfast to work (because I can't eat right after waking up as it upsets my stomach), so it has to be portable. I want to get a little fridge for the office but haven't found a good price yet. That will increase my options :D. I don't drink coffee until 10:30 or 11 am so I don't consider that part of breakfast.

Back to school time is a great time to get a mini fridge. People are buying them for dorm rooms.

I have a mini fridge from back when I was in college. It's under my desk at work. Not great big, but it's large enough for my apples, yogurt and diet soda. And if I walk over to the farmers market for produce and meat, I can store the food in my fridge til I go home. It's got a tiny little freezer, too, that I use for ice cubes. It's perfect. You wouldn't be sorry you bought a mini fridge for your office. And yeah, fall is the perfect time because kids are going back to school. You can get a fairly nice one for about $100, probably not even that much anymore.

This is the one I got when DD started her freshman year. https://www.walmart.com/ip/Igloo-3.2-cu.-ft.-2-Door-Refrigerator-and-Freezer/15162473

I like that the freezer has it's own door. I told her that she can have it when she leaves the nest but she doesn't really care about it. Hmmm.... maybe I'll keep it and put it in my room so I can keep cold drinks in there.

1. I had a small bowl of cheerios for breakfast, same thing I have every morning.

2. None, because we don't have a tree.

I know---the little one was on sale at Walmart for $50, the bigger one for about $75, around that time. Now the little one is $70 and the bigger one $100, which aren't bad prices, but now that I know they go on sale for the lower amount, I don't want to pay more :tongue2:. I'm keeping an eye out.

. Not even my cats can pull down a 3 meter tree that's rooted in the ground, right?
Probably not.  But it's good to give them goals.

Our weather isn't cooperating for outdoor decorations either.  We're getting rain an it looks breezy.

Today for breakfast I had the last of the Thanksgiving leftovers and peppermint tea.
Now that I have room in the fridge I'm going to need some groceries.
Oooh that is pretty!
DD says thank you. Shes very proud of her little tree.

Taylor pork roll? I'm a Long Island girl (formerly) and I know it well. They sell it in Publix here in Florida.

Yeah, that's the stuff. :) Delicious in all of its horrible-for-you glory.
