My kitten is doing the same. It's best to constantly redirect with toys. Replace fingers with toys instead of just showing him the toys. Sometimes I cry out in pain or a growl or a hiss so she understands (which is how I assume her mama cat would react which would teach her). But really in my kitten's case she's just got so much energy. After playing a lot and running on her cat wheel I notice she bite plays way less. Just my advice hope it helps.

How old is she?  Every cat I've ever owned has nibbled on my fingers a bit when they were young kittens.  A few have occasionally taken a non-threatening and soft nip at them when they were a bit older.  All have essentially grown out of it.

I am of the school that it is natural and I would not be too alarmed or react severely with the kitten.  Often people react harshly to cats/kittens and although it gets the cats attention, they really do not identify the harshness with the unwanted behavior.  Personally, if my kitten was really very young I'd let her nibble away and only pull back if it really hurt.

Of course, giving your kitten alternative toys, etc to play with is a great idea.  I just wouldn't obsess with it.

I don't think letting kittens nibble on fingers is a good thing because as they grow older, it becomes a habit and it's more painful. Whenever I pet my kitten she would purr but at a certain point she will just turn and nip my fingers. When that happens I stop petting her. If she's on my lap I just get up without touching her. She has since learnt to let me pet her but with all kittens they sometimes repeat the same mistake. So it's a lot of patience and practice.
