I was afraid of that.  You are doing a great job so far.   Ginny is right that they might need to eat more frequently than they are now.  They should be fed every two hours round the clock if they are very young.  It's an exhausting thing, bottle raising kittens but the rewards are great.  Bless you for taking these little orphans in and working so hard to save them.

One bit of advice I've heard from the Kitten Lady on youtube is to use a hand sanitizer frequently especially with the tiny ones because their immune systems haven't developed yet.  I'm not sure if that would help in your situation with the same illness being passed from one kitten to another, but it can't hurt.  Maybe use different nipples with each kitten?  If you can...

Do you weigh them daily to make sure they are gaining?

You mentioned milk coming from their noses in your first post, am I reading this correctly? Did this happen while they were eating or shortly after? What position are the kittens in when you are feeding them..belly up or down?

Yes  this is how  the  weakest  died  second  day but he didnt eat anything  as much as  i tried in first place.....!!  had this issue  milk comming out  no appetite, not moving not  crying...he didnt  survive...otherwise  a  whole  wek  was  ok  kittens  ate so far  sadly  the other   baby just  crossed the rainbow  bridge  died in the sheets...the girl whosn   third  weak shes      still   pulling thro  ates     and  doesnt get milk out of the nose...  2 others  are still strong but  these are the biggest ones..the  strongest  trio!!!!!

using heating pad  and  many towels  so they can snuggle   in  ..baby girl whosweak gets under my  robe, she   pooped over me but i dont worry about that...other  2  survivors  are  still acting normal  eat  good   walk around  and play with my hair...their body temperature is       warmer than the  weaker  girl  so trying to keep the  weakest       one     more  wrapped

I have concern that the two kittens that have passed aspirated milk. This would explain the milk coming from their noses and the fact that they went down hill so quickly.

I see things that might be going wrong.

The first one is when milk comes out of the bottle too fast, they will inhale some, even a drop inhaled will cause pneumonia and death.

So first thing is be sure the milk does not come out too fast.

If you hold a full bottle upside down does it come running out?

If so, the hole is too big.

At their age it can come out in drops, but NEVER more like a stream.

The next thing is, you should never allow a kitten so young tell you they don't feel like eating. They are still very fragile and will go downhill in a day of not enough food.

Standard amount needed daily can be measured by weight of kitten. For every ounce of weight, kitten NEEDS 8 mls of milk, per day.

So a 10 ounce kitten will need 80 mls per day to provide adequate nutrition.

They should have a warm place to sleep and snuggle, a heating pad on low covered with a towel works well, especially when put in a box, keep one area unheated in case they need to escape the heat and cool off.

Now, sneezing means mom, who by the way did not abandon them, she is likely feral and hiding from humans, who came across her babies and took them thinking they have no momma. Not true at all.

Mom likely has/had a uri which they will now have.

They will all get it but to different degrees.

If a kitten gets a stuffy nose he will not eat. Sorry baby, you're eating anyway. If stuffy you can sit them in a steamy bathroom for 10-15 mins to loosen up their noses.

While a uri is a cold and a virus, young kittens are vulnerable for it going bad and becoming bacterial/pneumonia.

This is why they should get clavamox, it will keep that bacteria from invading them and keep pneumonia away, while their little systems work on the virus, which they are not so good at just yet due to age and very immature systems.

Often times kittens with uri's have a mild bacterial infection in their eyes.

This should never be ignored, it easily gets out of control and becomes a big threat to their eyes.

So i went to the  vets  and they had to have  IV  righ  away  later vet  said its some kind of  virus  that  might have   affected kittens  slowly and all off sudden  they would of  die..The  vet gave me  antibiotics i can add to  daily  milk...  2 died..3  survivors..2  still strong...last   baby barely pulled  trho...she  can only survice  with loads of     heating pad   ...but she  already went  from   not eating to slowly  eating..so  i hope  you  guys  keep  prayers up and good wibes to the  baby who still struggles. the vet also said this virus   can kill kittens and  affect other cats too..and  for very young kittens it cna take a few hours no matter what you do...;/

They must eat whether they resist it or not, when they are weak they don't want to eat I know, but it's too easy for them to die otherwise.

Needing an IV right away tells me they needed to be pushed to eat. It takes time and patience to force feed a kitten when they don't want it, because forcing doesn't mean the way it sounds, it means continuing to syringe small amts in to their cheek area sometimes over a half hours time, slowly and continuously.

If they have the panleukopenia virus which is the cat version of puppy parvo, they will likely all die, did she mention this virus?
