Hey, does anyone know if there are laws about when they can use loud saws and
drills for home improvements? The house next door got sold recently and they are doing it over. They are making a rukus on a Sat. morning and I thought these things had to be kept to certain hours, but maybe I am confused? They did it all day yesterday and I was fine with Fri, but the weekends? And it's not the owner just doing weekend work, it's a complete do over. It's very loud, and the building on the other side must be getting the worst of it actually and I know there are retirees over there.
