My cats have been eating raw (Darwin's) for about a week. I have noticed when one of my cats poops one of her poops is white ish or tan.

I was SO freaked out before I googled it!

This site http://www.catnutrition.org/faq.html shows a photo that looks just like her poop so I'm pretty sure it's alright. I guess I just want to share my relief, and bring this up because there does not seem to be a lot of talk about this aspect of a raw cat diet.

I think they said it's because of the bone.

Does your cat ever have white poop?

It's a sign of too much bone in their diet. Darwin's is really high in bone, way higher than the 10% that's recommended. If you can, i would either mix some boneless meat or avoid feeding it daily. I don't like Darwin's because it's really boney, which is why it's cheap. Raw fed cats do have smaller firmer stools, but a diet too high in bone can cause constipation, among other things.

Oh man thanks for the info, I had no idea. I am new to raw feeding. I guess I need to do more research and read on here.

I just made a batch of TC Feline premix with powdered chicken liver, with raw chicken breast. I guess I'm going to mix and alternate the two foods.

Sound good?

*Already read on here that it is better to add fresh liver with TCFeline, I figured that would probably be the case but I was also worried about complicating the process my first time trying to make cat food. The cats love the food, next time I am going to order the Original TCFeline where you add your own liver.

Yep sounds good to me. I don't use TCfeline but I use alnutrin which you also add fresh liver to and I never use fresh because my cat that eats this food doesn't like it. In my opinion freeze dried is fine if that's all you have access to or it's what your cats like.
