I was wondering if turkey organs are ok for cats? And if I should cook them or give them raw.

Yup- they can have them as long as they have not been seasoned with anything like garlic, onion, etc. I'd also look at the packaging to make sure that they don't have too much sodium from brine or a solution being added. I'd boil them or bake them and then chop them finely. They could also eat them raw but I personally cook any meat I give my cats- with no seasoning at all.

Raw turkey and the organs are fine as long as they have not been treated / enchanched in any way. Some may contain sodium solutions and flavorings and other stuff. If your cats don't like raw, you can plain cook the turkey and organs. Poaching in plain water is fine.
