Help me about Scottish Fold

I have a Scottish Fold has double fold (W) ,while growing up during the high temperature weather his ears point up and in the cold weather they go down just a little bit but he doesnt look the same like he was a kitten. i am very disappointed about that. could you tell why? thanks you

That may be something you need to ask a breeder about.  This could be common to that breed, I just don't know  much about the Scottish Fold breed.  I really don't think it's a health issue though.  Did you run it past your Vet, just to be sure?
