I am a human doctor, not a vet and, if your cat has been vaccinated, I think that it is most unlikely that you have brought any disease home.  However the only action that you can take is to wait and watch.   Continue to look after your cat in your usual way and if all is well in about a week, or ten days to be sure, then you can feel reassured that all is well.

However, if you have the slightest doubt about the health of your cat, then you should contact your vet.

With best wishes,

Geoffrey
