Has she been around intact males? If she's unspayed, it's likely.

She is unspayed, we were actually planning to spay her in a week or two. She has been let out but I don't know where she goes so I can't say if she's been around males.

She is probably pregnant. Any cat who is not spayed should not be allowed outside. You can have her spayed now if you don't want her to have kittens.
