Yesterday I was playing with my cats tummy and I noticed something. This dots, picture inserted.
I didn't see this before, I want to check his body again since its morning now and let you know if this is the only place he has them.
He doesn't have fleece.
Any ideas on what could this be?

Looks like flea dirt to me.
Really? But I looked everywhere and I didn't see one single flea. I brush him almost every day and nothing.

I looked at some flea dirt pictures and they all look like its on the hair, but those are in the actual skin, like black pimple heads.

Get a piece of tissue paper, wet it and put the dirt on it. If it dissolves and turns the tissue red it's flea dirt.

It could actually be pimples, some cats suffer from feline acne, but this is usually on the chin. This can be treated quite easily with medicated cream.
