I gave my kittens wet food with some pumpkin because it was recommended by the person at the vet to help with her gas. But only like 30 min. After eating she started to throw up... Should we take her to the vet or is it just the food didn't agree withher?

Kitten got sick after wet food

It could be she liked it too much and ate too quickly. Cats can easily eat too much or too quickly. When they do you can get a pretty immediate vomit episode. It also could have been something in the food disagreed with her and her body rejected it. In which case the bad stuff is out.
If you notice more vomiting, bloody vomit, lethargic behavior, diarrhea, or a fever then yes vet is needed. But with what you've said it was probably a one off (I have a male who vomits when he eats shrimp or too fast).
You can try the food again or not depending on your comfort level. Pumpkin shouldn't cause problems so maybe read the label for something else that may cause that. You can try slowing her down with a slow feeder or just putting a ping pong bowl in her bowl.
