My 3 year old cat started showing odd behavior this past Saturday. Straining, lethargic, not eating. Long story short, by the time he made it to the vet on Monday he was almost gone and they diagnosed him with a full on urinary blockage. it was so bad that they told us he probably wouldn't make it. But they drained the fluid and put in the catheter, and things started to look a little better. He stayed the night Monday and we took him home Tuesday evening. They said it was a miracle he made it. his temp came back to where it was needed, and his personality started coming back. The only problem was that he wasn't wanting to pee on his own. Anyways, at home he was as great as he could be Tuesday night. he was purring, he ate a little and drank quite a bit of water. He acted tired, but that's to be expected. As for Wednesday and today, he hasn't really improved. In fact, I think he's gotten slightly worse. Just laying around. He's dribbling bloody pee quite a bit, which I think is okay because even though he hasn't done it in the litter, it is at least coming out. But he has puked a couple times, and today he has not eaten anything ( he did eat last night). He's laying around a lot, and although he doesn't appear to show any discomfort or straining, I feel like there's still something wrong. Im taking it all as that since he was very very sick, it's going to take some time to get better. He's on pain meds and antibiotics, and we've been giving him wet food. For most of the day today he was more active than he has been but right now we can't really get him up from laying around. He has only from what I've seen pooped one small piece, and that was yesterday. I'm worried because he's stopped eating and has puked a little. My moms decided to wait until tomorrow morning to call, but I'm just trying to see if there is any immediate concerns or warnings. Also, when they drained him, his urine had not crystallized, but was filled with mucus and blood. We've been hopeful yet concerned, and I'm just trying to be optimistic that he will get through this, but I am getting more and more concerned.
Any help would be appreciated!

Not eating is a huge sign he feels terribly. He's recovering from a critical illness and you need to be incredibly vigilant about his care. You need to contact your vet ASAP. I would not wait until tomorrow.
