Potential growth delay, or just little?

Hi there! Gooby is my 7 year old cat that was born in my house along with 4 other kittens. She was not the runt - the fourth one born. She has been very small her whole life, I can't really pinpoint when she may have stopped growing, but I know it was late kittenhood/young adulthood. She is no more than 7 lbs, her nose is the size of my pinky print, etc. She is a completely healthy cat as far as we are concerned, other than being timid. She had no issues when we raised her. I have only been in contact with someone who took two of her siblings, and they look to be normal sized. She looks proportionate, but her mouth is small and it looks like her teeth may be too big for her mouth (or an overbite?) because she often gets a snaggle tooth look after she opens her mouth.

Just wondering if anyone has any insight! Here is a picture of her next to a hot chocolate box for somewhat of a size comparison, lol

Just tiny. Some cats are.

Rocket is in the 7 pound range at 18 months old and we doubt she'd going to grow much more. I can fit her head easily in my hand and she can walk under chairs without hitting her head. Here is Rocket next to a standard size throw pillow and laying on top of a standard throw (next to my big male). Rocket can't see over either of my other two cats backs. Her's though was likely from losing her mother young and being fed Meow Mix from age 1.5 months to 4 months (she was barely over a pound when I got her at 4 months old).

Some cats are just tiny.

I have a litter of three-Izzy, Mittens and Amber. Amber has always been way smaller than her sisters. At first I actually thought that somehow she was from an later litter or adopted into their little gang, and was a few weeks younger, but according to the vet, she is the same age, just small, but she is perfectly healthy and there is no reason why she is small, she just is.

Izzy and Amber, aged one.

Amber and one of her sisters in boxes. About 6 months?

All 3 sisters together, they were almost adult cats here, 9-12 months old?
