I have had tillie for two weeks nor. Took her to the vets and they put her antibiotics as she was having dairrah. Now it's stopped and her bum is still like this. The vets shaved and of the poo was getting stuck. I want to to know will it be like this forever or will it go back I am taking tillie back to the vets. She can't keep the poo in and it's almost like rabbit droppings. I'm worried sick and praying this can be sorted. Any help would be grately appreciated

How long ago did the diarrhea stop?  I can't tell from the picture, but it looks like her bum is raw and irritated, which often happens when cats have diarrhea, especially for an extended time.  You might try rubbing on a bit of coconut oil on the irritated area.  It looks painful and if Tillie keeps licking it, it will take longer to heal.  Once her intestinal problem is resolved, the area should return to normal.

You are right to take her back to the vet since she her pooping is still abnormal.  I am afraid I'm not much help in giving you suggestions of what it might be at this point but I would ask the vet to take a fecal sample and test for the full range of parasites and pathogens.

Please let us know how Tillie does.  She really does look sore, poor darling.

I'm betting that once she is processing food properly again her fanny will return to normal, but by all means, ask the vets.  She may also need a change in foods.  Different cats have sensitivities to different things, and that can cause diarrhea, as well.  Talk with them about it.

Are her anal glands OK?  Vets can express them for you or good groomer, infections can become serious....its normal for cats to have diarrhea

once in awhile, as mentioned. Especially if you are changing food period its necessary to change foods gradually.

Good to get that checked out.

We bought Tillie on the 31st oct. took her to the vets and was giving panacur and pro-kolin to help settle her stomach. Which it never did went back to the vets and she gave Tillie metronidazole benzoate and for food pro plan veterinary diets. Today I will be going back. I have been putting some cream on her bum to help. I am at my wits end. I can see a Tillie is suffering and I hate it. She is amazing but isn't her self and I just want my old happy kitten back.

The vet put her under and done an emana (not sure if spelt right) vet said that her anal isn't contracting as it should. Not sure if it will
Heal back. Waiting on speacilist to contact vet in the next two days. We are a happy Tillie but still not sure if she will still poo everywhere. I'm praying that isn't the case

Aww, what a little sweetie.  Tillie is really very pretty.  It sounds like your vet is on top of things, calling in a specialist.  Let us know what the specialist says.  Meanwhile, sending best wishes that Tillie feels better.
