Mom's Cat Chaplin lost

I live in Florida, and me and my parents decided it would be best if we evacuated during hurricane Matthew, so we temporarily moved in with my uncle in Tampa. Unfortunately, in the room we had placed our cats, the window screen had a hole, and while we went out to get dinner, my Mom's cat Chaplin escaped through the window screen. Unfortunately, we haven't heard any news about him since. We've all but given up hope that he will be found. He is microchipped.

There's probably nothing more to be done that we haven't tried, but I just wanted to ask for everyone's thoughts and prayers that a miracle will happen.

Let's just hope someone finds him and has him checked for a microchip.  Stranger things have happened.

What I hope for most, aside from from him being returned to us, is that someone is caring for him.

Have you posted fliers and alerted all of the vets in the area?  Offering a reward is often a great thing to do.

I am so sorry your kitty is missing.
