Hello
New here but felt i needed some advice. My little ollie was neutered today i picked him up expecting him to be lethargic but hes going totally nutty with no sign of settling!
Iv felt absolutely horrible for him going through the process but this morning he woke me up attempting to hump me then jumped on the cooker knocking the hop on setting fire to an oven mit and my daughters lunch box iv turned the cooker off at the mains from now on but any advice on cat proofing my home (as he's the first one iv had) is welcomed.
Anyway back to the neutering they said he'd be lethargic but not a chance. I bought him a new toy and some cat soup because they told me he'd have a weak stomach. the toys riled him up he's ran around and been more boysterous than usual and he had a pack of soup when he got home but from immediately after he's finished it he's been crying for more! I made him wait an hour after the first to make sure he kept it down but he's had 5 packs in the 5 hours he's been home (they are really small but it's still allot) as im writing this iv had to move because he wants to play and it's just impossible. Should i be worried about his stitches? or the fact he's super hyped?
