Hi everyone,

I don't actually have a cat of my own, but my neighbour does, and they are always coming over. One of those cats is a gorgeous siamese, and super sweet. However, I'm not sure if it is a girl or not. I thought it was, but looking online made me more confused. Her she/he is:

Do any of you know the gender?

Thanks!

My wild guess is neutered male.  The top pic almost looked female, but the bottom looks neutered male.  Hence, the guess.  You'll get the real experts wandering in soon.  For some reason, we spend a LOT of time examining the nether parts of pussycats with great fascination.  Occasionally i think, "Gee, I wish they were just born with pink or blue noses."

Thanks for the replies. I was told that the name was Cleo, but I didn't think to ask the gender at that time. He also has another siamese cat, but I've only seen it from afar since as soon as we get the tiniest bit close (like within 100ft), it disappears.

I guess I'll have to start saying good boy to this cat instead of good girl! This cat has pretty much adopted me since as soob as he sees me, he runs to me and wants to jump in my arms.

By the way, this cat often lifts it's butt and tail in the air towards me. What does that mean?

It's the way cats greet each other.  Cats are very scent oriented and cats know who belongs in their family by the smell.
