My 10 year old cat has horrible diarrhea. It started Friday night.  But at this point, I can't give him any food or he immediately has to go to the bathroom. And does a water poo. It is tan as well... light brown. Normally it is dark.

My suspicion is this could be related to an antibiotic that I had him on 2 weeks ago. I have since Friday night given him a probiotic and enzyme supplement but not doing much to help. Since it is Sunday I can't talk to the vet.

I have decided to stop giving him food or water for the moment. Every time I do he poops. I have been giving him bland flood but still.. brown water out his butt.

Can I do anything. He is acting fine but he won't go to sleep. I fear he is afraid to in case he has to go poo.

Try goats milk. It has a lot of good qualities including natural probiotics. This is what a lot of people that hand rear kittens use and they always recommend this on my other site. It has enough nutrients for a sick cat to make it by on. Cats can't go without food and water for long. Especially water. Cats get dehydrated really quick.
To monitor how much she's getting use a needless syringe and give her a couple mLs at a time. Hopefully this helps. Good luck.

What probiotic and digestive enzyme are you using? What food are you feeding? I would put him on a bland diet to try and get the stool under control. Plain boiled chicken, and/or baby food (no onions or garlic).

This info might be helpful to you.

I used Animal Essentials Plant Enzyme Plus Probiotics.  I can tell you this has worked for him before. And actually, now. I used it all week and and the Diarrhea has stopped. HIs stool is still loose and smelly but he isn't going all the time. I also am somewhat concerned that the color has changed to sort of a lite beige and that doesn't seem to be going away.

About two weeks ago, about 10/20 to 10/30 I had my cat on a dose of antibiotics for a foot wound. Could that have caused a stomach issue 3 weeks later.

That's a good digestive enzyme, but it doesn't contain enough probiotic for most cats. You might want to consider adding something like nexabiotics, which is very good for diarrhea. I use it for my own cats.
