Soft bloody stool

I have a litter of month old kittens, and one of them is have soft bloody poops, all the other kittens are having ok normal poops. Is it worms? Or possibly something else?

Worms, tritrichomonas, giardia, ect.. Theirs alot that it can be but at a month old they can go downhill fast.

Try to catch the poop as it comes out, making sure to catch some of that bloody mucous stuff and get a fecal and PCR done. Hopefully you'll get a definitive answer.
