Perhaps someone can give us some advice. Our 11 year old ginger tabby who is a real hard boy has had a hard year. 2 dental surgeries & now no teeth. After he first surgery he had 80% of his teeth removed then had about 2 months of meds & back & -forth vets visits antibiotics, steroids & pain relief. Unfortunate all makes him a bit crazy too. he has never been a foodie cat some we days he eats & other days he won't. After first surgical unsuccessful & still pain & infection decided no teeth was he better option. When he first came home wet food either cat milk & warm water was
Fine then eating reduced - more infection back for rest of the teeth. Came home. Ate the wet warmed food (AD tin food) mixed with warm water or cat milk ok each day after surgery it got worse with less eating. Back to the Vets for 3 days with pain relief etc he ate " perfectly"
At the vets how now 2 days home again struggling to get him to eat...I am starting to get very frustrated & tired. Still is smoochy & awesome cat but barely eating unless spoon feeding or highly encouraged. Help!

If he was eating on pain medicine at the vets but is now not could it be that he's still in pain?
