Hi all, I just brought my two kittens home from vet where they were microchipped, vaccined and spayed/neuter. Doc asked me to keep they calm but they are furball of energy, i can't even catch them they are running and jumping all over the place, what to do?

I think be glad. I would be more worried if they were lying on the floor without energy. They are probably just excited & very glad to be home with you & no doubt they will tire themselves out soon.

God knows, I want too, but I am worried they will mess up their stitches or something. Cuz somehow this behaviour is total opposite of what everyone had told me.

Unusual behavior after receiving anesthesia is quite common in cats. Each time both of mine had dental work done, they were bonkers for at least 24 hours if not more.

If they are still being hyperactive, try containing them for the next day in a smaller space if possible.  Maybe a spare bedroom or bathroom. This will at least minimize the how much they can run around. If you do, just be sure to put everything they need in the room with them.

I'd think by today or tomorrow they will be acting more normal.
